In the kitchen, we provide all cooking utensils and appliances including a gas stove and oven, huge Bosch refrigerator, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, blender, and we even provide some spices and cooking oil. For the coffee lovers, we provide a Pod-style coffee maker with tea and coffee pods and some sweeteners and creamer. If you would like to bring your own ground coffee, we have a drip coffee maker as well. In our 1930 built Craftsman home you will find a full jack-and-jill bathroom with a gorgeous vintage clawfoot bathtub to have a relaxing soak or warm shower. There is another half bath on the back of the kitchen area. The house is stocked with all the bedding linens you need as well as bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels. We provide a washer and dryer and a starter pack of laundry soap pods and dryer sheets as well as toilet paper and paper towels. Extended stay guests staying a week or longer should plan to purchase their own supplies after the starter pack is depleted. We have a brand new split unit to control the temperature of the home with ice cold AC and heat. We can also have ceiling fans in each bedroom.
The living room has a games and books for you to enjoy during your stay. We have even provided a brand new record player and a variety of LP's for you to groove to! Each side lamp in the home acts as a cell phone charging station with a USB port and electrical plug. Two of the three spacious bedrooms has a ultra comfortable hybrid Queen mattress and the third bedroom has a comfy full size mattress. Each of the rooms is styled to reflect a different musical style and energy. Out front you will enjoy the large yard which is surrounded by a fence. Sip wine under the market lights while enjoying a meal at our outdoor dining table. Our extended driveway can fit two cars and you can find ample street parking around the home.
We welcome a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs to this property without a fee. You may inquire about bringing an extra dog which will be considered on a case by case basis with a pet fee.
This property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned, disinfected and sanitized and checked before each guest. Self-check-in is easy, and management is quickly accessible and available for questions and recommendations. We provide a welcome book for you which should answer most of your other questions. Check-in and check-out are simple; an email will be sent a few days before your arrival with detailed instructions. Unfortunately, due to high demand, turnover, and our standard of cleanliness, we are unable to provide late check-out. We have one camera on the property facing the street at parking area.
You will be welcomed to the home by a smart lock on the front door. We will send you your own special code to enter the home. We have a security door with deadbolt on the front door. There is also a deadbolt on the back door.
