This camper is set up with all the modern amenities with the quaint Mid-Century design of a teardrop trailer. Little Miss Ruby Red is tucked away just off of Sunset Cliffs Boulevard and is only three blocks from the beach! The trailer sleeps 2 people. This beach escape has one parking spot for a small vehicle and a private entrance!
Miss Ruby Red is a darling 2019 Retro Riverside Trailer that has just been completely remodeled! It has approximately 150 square feet of cozy living space. The brand new ultra-comfortable Queen walk-around bed sleeps two where you can also snuggle up and watch a movie on our smart TV with a bunch of streaming channels. Lots of storage under the bed for your luggage. Please note that the height of the RV inside is 6'4" tall so if you are a very tall person, you may not fit very well. The trailer is surrounded by privacy fencing and there is NO YARD or living space surrounding the RV. Also, the RV is located near a very busy street and under the flight path. Planes take off from 6:30am-11:00pm and the area can be noisy due to cars, planes and people. We have provided ear plugs and noise machines for your convenience. Like any busy beach community, you may witness some colorful characters from the transient community in Ocean Beach.
Miss Ruby is equipped with a dining area, a bathroom and VERY SMALL shower, refrigerator and freezer, ice cold A/C, high speed Wi-Fi, TV with Amazon Firestick, and Bluetooth stereo. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, tea and coffee, microwave, toaster oven, and basic kitchen needs like cups, plates, wine opener and silverware. We have a stove but ask guests not to use it. Instead, we provide a small hot plate, toaster oven and microwave. The trailer is set up to create a small meal but we hope you try out all the amazing restaurants surrounding the area instead! There is no washer or dryer available, but there is a laundromat just a few blocks down the street. Parking is conveniently located right next to the house and can accommodate a small vehicle. There is only one parking space assigned for this trailer, please utilize this spot only. If vehicle is midsize or larger (sticking out into the alley), street parking will have to be found.

We are a 10 minute drive from the airport and downtown, near Sea World, the Zoo, Cabrillo National Monument and an easy trip to Tijuana. Self-check-in is easy, and management is quickly accessible and available for questions and recommendations. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned, disinfected and sanitized and checked before each guest. We provide a welcome book for you which should answer most of your other questions. Check-in and check-out are simple; an email will be sent a few days before your arrival with detailed instructions. Unfortunately, due to high demand, turnover, and our standard of cleanliness, we are unable to provide late check-out. Parking is conveniently located right next to the yard and can accommodate a small vehicle. There is only one parking space assigned for this RV, please utilize this spot only. If vehicle is midsize or larger (sticking out into the alley), street parking will have to be found.

Just a short bike or car ride brings you to the beautiful Sunset Cliffs Natural Park where you can catch phenomenal sunsets! Other points of interests within a few miles are; Sea World, Belmont Park, The San Diego Zoo and the beautiful waterfront and bustling areas of downtown San Diego. You can walk anywhere in Ocean Beach! Our ”downtown”, Newport Avenue is only 12 minutes away and the ocean takes about six minutes to walk to. There are multiple bus lines within blocks of the property. Also, you can rent a Bird scooter to cruise around town!
